Cancellation and Refund Policies

Thank you for considering one of our programs! Your satisfaction is important to us. Here are the details of our cancellation policies.

Full and Half-Day Programs

Please email us and let how our program did not meet your goals and we will consider providing a refund or any other actions to address your concerns.

Multi-Day Programs

Our multi-day programs, including our certificate programs, offer a partial refund. If you are not satisfied, please email us to let us know how the program is not meeting your goals and we will refund your fee, prorated for the sessions you have attended. For example, if you have attended four sessions of an eight-session program, your refund will be 50%

Online Courses

Full refund if you are not satisfied with the product.

Retreats

For our retreats, we hold a spot for you once your registration is complete. A late cancellation is likely to leave an empty space on the program. To request a cancellation, please email us. Based on when we receive your cancellation, the following refunds are available:

30 days or more before the program start date, full payment is refunded.
29 days or less before the program start date, half of your payment is refunded.
72 hours prior to the program start date and time, no refund is given.

If we cancel a retreat, a full refund will be provided.

Consultations

We offer a full refund 48 hours prior to the beginning of any consultation. Late cancelations will result in the forfeiture of the consultation. Please notify us as soon as possible if you will not be able to meet with us. In the case of a serious injury or emergency, a consultation may be rescheduled according to our discretion and availability.
